PDB web service

This project provides the pdb as well as pdb assembly.

Stats

/pdb/XXXX

Returns a JSON containing information about the pdb.
Example: /pdb/5ABY

/pdb/XXXX/XXXX.pdb

Returns a text file containing the pdb.
Example: /pdb/5ABY/5ABY.pdb

/assembly/101D/101D.pdb1

Returns a text file containing the pdb of the assembly.
Example: /assembly/101D/101D.pdb1

/assembly/101D/100x100.png

Returns small images of the assembly.
There are 3 possibilities: Example: /assembly/101D/400x400.png

/view/

Allows to query a specific couchdb view. This view allows to select a list of protein that has only one peptidic sequence, at least one helix and one beta-sheet and a small molecule. /view/jsmol?include_docs=true
